A 1972 batch alumnus of the Department of Physics, a PhD holder of the Indian Institute of Science and a former scientist at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Dr A.M. Shaikh visited Shivaji University today. Honorable Vice-Chancellor Prof DT Shirke Sir welcomed him on the occasion. Prof SS Suryavanshi (Solapur University), Dean Prof SS Mahajan and Director Innovation, Incubation and Linkage Prof MS Deshmukh were present on the occasion. Later he visited the department and rekindled memories.
